TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all travel services, packages, bookings, quotations, itineraries, tickets, hotels, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, activities, visa assistance and other travel arrangements provided or arranged by Ignite Travel Solution (“Ignite”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By making a booking, paying any amount, accepting a quotation or itinerary, or proceeding with any travel arrangement through Ignite Travel Solution, you (“traveller”, “guest”, “passenger”, “you” or “your”) confirm that you have had an opportunity to read and understand these Terms and agree to be bound by them, along with the applicable terms of the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator, transport provider or other service provider.

1. GENERAL TERMS & ACCEPTANCE

1.1 These Terms apply to all travel arrangements booked or arranged through Ignite Travel Solution.

1.2 By making any payment or proceeding with a booking, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1.3 You are responsible for reading the quotation, itinerary, invoice, ticket, voucher and other booking documents before confirming your travel.

1.4 If you do not understand any part of the booking or its conditions, you should clarify it with Ignite before making the final payment.

1.5 The terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers and other suppliers may also apply to your booking.

1.6 Where a supplier’s specific terms apply to a service, those terms will also govern that service.

2. QUOTATION, BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

2.1 All quotations, rates, itineraries and travel arrangements are subject to availability.

2.2 Prices and availability are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

2.3 A quotation, tentative reservation, booking hold or provisional itinerary does not by itself confirm a booking.

2.4 Prices may change before final confirmation due to changes in airfare, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, supplier charges, government fees or availability.

2.5 A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and the relevant supplier has confirmed the service.

2.6 Tickets, vouchers, invoices or written confirmations may be issued after successful confirmation.

2.7 The final confirmed itinerary, invoice, ticket and voucher issued by Ignite will be the primary reference for the services and inclusions purchased.

2.8 Any previous quotation, discussion or provisional arrangement will be replaced by the final confirmed booking documents if there is any difference.

2.9 Availability or pricing cannot be claimed as guaranteed merely because a quotation has been shared or discussed.

3. PAYMENT & PRICE CHANGES

3.1 Payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided by Ignite.

3.2 If payment is not received within the specified deadline, provisional bookings may be cancelled and availability or pricing may change.

3.3 Until final confirmation, airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, government charges and supplier costs may change.

3.4 Any applicable price increase before final confirmation may be payable by the traveller.

3.5 Bank charges, payment-gateway fees, credit-card charges or other transaction charges may apply where applicable.

3.6 Such charges are not included in the package price unless specifically stated.

3.7 Payment of an advance amount does not automatically guarantee any service unless the service has been confirmed in writing.

3.8 Ignite may require full payment before issuing tickets, vouchers or final confirmations, depending on supplier requirements.

4. PASSPORT, VISA & IMMIGRATION

4.1 Travellers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, permits, entry approvals, health certificates, travel insurance and other documents required for the journey.

4.2 Travellers should ensure that their passport meets the validity and blank-page requirements of the destination and transit countries.

4.3 All passenger information provided to Ignite must be accurate and complete.

4.4 Travellers are responsible for checking names, dates of birth, passport details, nationality and other passenger information before ticketing and final confirmation.

4.5 Incorrect, incomplete, expired or inconsistent information may result in additional charges, denied boarding, visa rejection, cancellation or travel disruption.

4.6 Visa approval, immigration clearance and permission to enter a country are decisions made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

4.7 Ignite may provide visa information or assistance where agreed, but Ignite does not guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.

4.8 Entry requirements may change at any time.

4.9 Travellers are responsible for complying with visa, transit, immigration, customs, health and other entry requirements.

4.10 Any loss, cancellation, expense or disruption caused by visa rejection, immigration refusal or failure to meet entry requirements shall generally be the traveller’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

5. FLIGHTS, TICKETS & AIRLINE RULES

5.1 Airfares are subject to availability and may change until the ticket is issued.

5.2 Airline fares depend on the airline, route, travel date, fare type, booking class and availability.

5.3 Once a ticket is issued, the airline’s applicable fare rules and conditions will apply.

5.4 Cancellation, amendment, rebooking, refund, baggage and no-show conditions are determined by the applicable airline fare rules.

5.5 Passenger names and ticket details must be checked immediately after receiving the ticket.

5.6 Name corrections or changes may be restricted or may involve additional charges.

5.7 Where separate tickets are issued for different sectors, each ticket may have different fare, baggage, transit, check-in and cancellation conditions.

5.8 Travellers should carefully check all flight sectors and ticket details before travel.

6. FLIGHT CHANGES, DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Airlines may change flight timings, flight numbers, routes, aircraft, terminals or connections.

6.2 Such changes may occur due to operational, technical, weather, regulatory, airspace or other circumstances.

6.3 Ignite does not control airline operations and cannot guarantee that the original flight schedule will remain unchanged.

6.4 In case of flight delays, cancellations or schedule changes, the applicable airline’s rules and policies will apply.

6.5 Where permitted by the airline, Ignite may assist with rebooking, refunds, credits or alternative arrangements.

6.6 Any refund will be processed according to the applicable supplier’s policy after permitted airline penalties, supplier charges and applicable Ignite service or processing charges.

6.7 Refund processing times depend on the airline, supplier and payment channel.

6.8 Additional expenses caused by airline disruption, such as accommodation, meals, transportation or other costs, may be payable by the traveller if they are not covered by the airline or supplier.

6.9 Hotels, transfers, tours and other prepaid services may have separate cancellation and refund conditions.

6.10 Ignite cannot guarantee a refund for any service that is non-refundable under the applicable supplier’s terms.

7. AIRPORT REPORTING & MISSED FLIGHTS

7.1 After receiving the ticket and booking details, travellers are responsible for checking their flight status regularly.

7.2 Travellers should verify flight timing, terminal information and airline instructions before travelling to the airport.

7.3 Airlines may change flight or terminal information with limited notice.

7.4 Travellers must reach the airport sufficiently early to complete check-in, baggage drop, immigration, security and boarding procedures.

7.5 Airline check-in and baggage-drop closing times must be followed.

7.6 Traffic, airport queues, immigration, security checks and other delays should be considered when planning airport arrival.

7.7 Ignite may assist with flight updates where reasonably possible, but the final responsibility for checking flight status remains with the traveller.

7.8 Ignite shall not be responsible for missed flights or related expenses caused by late arrival, failure to check flight updates, failure to meet airline deadlines or failure to follow airline instructions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. CONNECTING FLIGHTS & BAGGAGE

Connecting Flights

8.1 Travellers are responsible for complying with all transit and connection requirements.

8.2 Where separate tickets are issued, travellers may be required to collect baggage, clear immigration, re-check baggage and complete a new check-in process.

8.3 Separate-ticket connections may involve additional missed-connection risks.

8.4 Travellers should allow sufficient connection time and verify applicable visa, transit and baggage requirements.

Baggage

8.5 Baggage allowance depends on the airline, route, fare type and ticket category.

8.6 Baggage allowance may differ between flights or airlines.

8.7 Travellers should check the baggage allowance for every flight sector.

8.8 Some fares may include only cabin baggage and may not include checked baggage.

8.9 Additional, excess, oversized, sports or special baggage may require additional payment.

8.10 Baggage charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.

8.11 Travellers are responsible for ensuring that their baggage complies with airline weight, size, security and prohibited-item requirements.

8.12 Passports, cash, jewellery, important documents, medicines and other valuables should be kept in hand baggage where permitted.

8.13 Loss, damage or delay of baggage should be reported directly to the relevant airline or supplier.

8.14 Ignite shall not be responsible for baggage loss, damage, delay, theft or mishandling caused by an airline or other third-party supplier, except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. SEAT SELECTION & ADDITIONAL AIRLINE SERVICES

9.1 Seat selection is not automatically included with every flight booking.

9.2 Airlines may provide automatic seat allocation or charge separately for advance seat selection.

9.3 Specific seats, window seats, aisle seats, extra-legroom seats, emergency-exit seats and seats together are subject to availability.

9.4 Paid seat selection must be specifically requested, paid for and confirmed.

9.5 A seat request is not a guarantee unless confirmed in writing.

9.6 Airlines may change seat assignments for operational or safety reasons.

9.7 Additional airline services such as baggage, meals, priority boarding, lounge access, special assistance and other add-ons may carry separate charges.

9.8 Such services are not included merely because a flight ticket has been issued.

9.9 Ignite shall not be responsible for an additional service that was not specifically requested, paid for and confirmed.

10. HOTELS & ACCOMMODATION

10.1 Hotel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

10.2 The final confirmed booking will specify the hotel, room category, occupancy, number of nights and meal plan.

10.3 Hotel photographs and descriptions shown online are for general information and may not represent the exact room allocated.

10.4 Specific room views, floors, bed configurations, connecting rooms, adjoining rooms or room locations are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

10.5 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability unless specifically confirmed.

10.6 Hotels may collect security deposits, tourism taxes, resort fees, city taxes or other mandatory charges directly from guests.

10.7 Such charges are excluded unless specifically stated as included.

10.8 Guests may be required to present their original passport or identification at check-in.

10.9 Hotel cancellation, amendment, no-show and check-in policies are determined by the hotel or supplier.

10.10 Hotel changes, upgrades or room changes after confirmation are subject to availability and applicable charges.

11. MEALS, TRANSFERS, TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Meals

11.1 Only meals specifically mentioned in the final confirmed itinerary are included.

11.2 Snacks, beverages, room service and other food or beverage services are excluded unless specifically stated.

11.3 Special meal requests and dietary requirements should be communicated in advance and remain subject to supplier confirmation.

Transfers

11.4 Transfers may be private, shared or SIC (Seat-in-Coach), as stated in the confirmed itinerary.

11.5 Shared/SIC services may involve other passengers and fixed pickup timings.

11.6 Travellers must be ready at the communicated pickup location on time.

11.7 Traffic, weather, road conditions and local circumstances may affect transfer timings.

11.8 If a traveller misses a scheduled transfer due to delay or failure to follow the communicated timing, the service may be treated as missed or non-refundable.

Tours & Activities

11.9 Sightseeing, tours and activities are subject to weather, supplier availability, operational conditions and local circumstances.

11.10 Entry tickets, guides, meals, transportation and equipment are included only where specifically stated.

11.11 Optional activities are excluded unless specifically confirmed.

11.12 Attractions or activities may close, change timings or modify operations due to weather, maintenance, government instructions, safety reasons or other circumstances.

11.13 Certain activities may have age, height, weight, health, fitness or safety restrictions.

11.14 Travellers must follow the safety instructions of the relevant activity operator.

11.15 Refunds or alternative arrangements for cancelled or modified activities depend on the supplier’s policy.

12. PACKAGE INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

12.1 The final confirmed quotation and itinerary will specify the services included in the package.

12.2 Flights, hotels, meals, transfers, sightseeing, entry tickets, guides, visa services, insurance, taxes and other services are included only when specifically stated.

12.3 Any service not specifically mentioned as included should be considered excluded.

12.4 Personal expenses, shopping, tips, porterage, laundry, room service, telephone expenses, additional meals, additional baggage, paid seat selection and optional activities are generally excluded unless specifically mentioned.

12.5 Travellers should not assume that any service, facility, upgrade, benefit or complimentary arrangement is included unless it is confirmed in writing.

12.6 If a traveller requires a particular service, it should be requested and confirmed before final payment.

13. CANCELLATION, REFUND & AMENDMENTS

13.1 Cancellation and refund conditions vary according to the airline, hotel, tour operator, transport provider, visa provider and other suppliers.

13.2 Many travel services may be non-refundable, partially refundable or subject to cancellation penalties.

13.3 Cancellation charges, supplier penalties, administrative charges and applicable Ignite service or processing charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

13.4 Certain bookings may become completely non-refundable after confirmation.

13.5 No refund is guaranteed for no-shows, missed flights, missed transfers, missed tours, unused services or unused portions of a package where the supplier does not provide a refund.

13.6 Where a supplier approves a refund, Ignite will process the amount actually received from the supplier after applicable deductions.

13.7 Refund processing may take time depending on the supplier and payment channel.

13.8 Any change requested after confirmation is subject to availability and applicable supplier charges.

13.9 Flight changes are subject to airline fare rules.

13.10 Hotel changes are subject to hotel rate conditions and availability.

13.11 Changes to transfers, tours and activities are subject to supplier availability and applicable penalties.

13.12 Name corrections or passenger-detail changes may attract additional charges or may not be permitted.

13.13 Last-minute changes may not be possible.

13.14 An amendment is valid only after written confirmation and payment of applicable charges.

14. NO-SHOW & MISSED SERVICES

14.1 Failure to attend or use a confirmed flight, hotel, transfer, tour, activity or other service at the required time may be treated as a no-show.

14.2 No-show charges may apply according to the supplier’s terms.

14.3 A missed service may not be rescheduled.

14.4 Replacement transportation, rebooking or alternative arrangements required because of the traveller’s delay or failure to follow the schedule will normally be at the traveller’s cost.

14.5 Missed or unused services may be non-refundable where the supplier does not provide a refund.

15. SPECIAL REQUESTS & WRITTEN CONFIRMATION

15.1 All important requests should be communicated to Ignite before final booking confirmation wherever possible.

15.2 Special requests may include:

15.3 All special requests are subject to supplier availability and confirmation.

15.4 A request is not a guarantee.

15.5 A service, inclusion, upgrade, benefit or special arrangement will be considered confirmed only when it is confirmed in writing by Ignite and/or the relevant supplier.

15.6 Verbal discussions, telephone conversations, informal messages, suggestions or assumptions will not be treated as confirmation unless subsequently confirmed in writing.

15.7 If a service is not specifically included or confirmed in writing, the traveller should not assume that it has been arranged.

15.8 This written confirmation principle applies particularly to seats, baggage, meals, room preferences, upgrades, special assistance, optional activities, transfers and complimentary services.

16. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS & UNFORESEEN EVENTS

16.1 Ignite may arrange travel services through independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, activity providers and visa service providers.

16.2 Each supplier has its own terms, conditions, policies and operational procedures.

16.3 Ignite acts as a travel intermediary/arranger for third-party services and does not control their day-to-day operations.

16.4 Ignite will make reasonable efforts to assist travellers in communicating with suppliers when problems occur.

16.5 Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

16.6 In such situations, Ignite may assist in seeking alternative arrangements where available.

16.7 Any refund, credit or alternative arrangement will depend on the applicable supplier’s policy and availability.

16.8 Additional expenses not covered by the supplier may be payable by the traveller, subject to applicable law.

16.9 Ignite shall not be responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond Ignite’s reasonable control, except where liability is imposed by applicable law.

17. TRAVELLER RESPONSIBILITIES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

17.1 Travellers must provide accurate information and valid travel documents.

17.2 Travellers must check their tickets, vouchers, invoices and itineraries immediately after receiving them.

17.4 Travellers must follow the rules and instructions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, attractions and government authorities.

17.5 Travellers must reach airports and pickup locations on time.

17.6 Travellers are responsible for their passports, money, jewellery, electronics, baggage, documents and other personal belongings.

17.11 Serious misconduct or violation of local laws may result in termination of services by the relevant supplier or authority without refund, subject to applicable law.

18. LIABILITY, GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

18.1 Ignite Travel Solution will exercise reasonable care in arranging the travel services confirmed with the traveller.

18.2 Ignite is not the operator of airlines, hotels, transport services, tours or activities unless expressly stated otherwise.

18.3 Subject to applicable law, Ignite shall not be responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control or failures arising solely from independent third-party suppliers.

18.4 Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any liability, consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18.5 Where liability is imposed on Ignite by applicable law, such liability will be determined in accordance with that law.

18.6 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
